After 20+ years in the field of Psychology and trauma work, I have found nothing that comes close to the restorative power of these sound healing modalities. Invariably I would ask what the protocol was and I would actually be feeling it simultaneously. For example, it would be working on specific parts of the body, and I would feel sensations in my body in the same location. Or, I would feel program that was clearing my sinuses and my sinuses would grow cold and feel like they were emptying out instantaneously.
